Rules for using this site and the licensing terms for the Panelfull product.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this site or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or place an order.
2. Description of Service
This site is both Mehran Hatami's personal portfolio and the sales/licensing store for the Panelfull product (a multi-role e-commerce platform). Purchasing a plan grants you a right to use the product under the license terms below; ownership of the source code remains with the creator.
3. License Grant
Your purchased license is non-transferable and limited to one active install/domain for the duration of your plan (monthly, six-month, or annual). Unless renewed, the license expires at the end of that period; the product is not automatically disabled, but support and updates stop.
4. Payment & Renewal
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the pricing page. Bank-transfer payments require uploading a receipt and manual admin verification (may take up to a few business hours); PayPal payments activate the license immediately after the gateway confirms it.
5. Refunds & Cancellation
If your license has not yet been activated, refund requests are reviewed on contacting support. Once a license is activated and the activation key delivered, refunds are not available due to the digital, copyable nature of the product, except in cases of a proven product defect.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The product is provided "as is." We work to keep code quality and security to a high standard, but make no guarantee of fully error-free or uninterrupted operation. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for that license.
7. Intellectual Property
Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the product's source code to you — only a right to use it under these terms. Reselling, redistributing, or transferring the product's source code to third parties without written permission is prohibited. Your own store's data and content (products, orders, customers) always remain yours.
8. Termination
If you breach these terms (for example, unauthorized resale of a license or attempting to bypass license verification), we reserve the right to terminate the license immediately without a refund.
